The examples you linked show that the dial is clearly repainted....by a blind child no less!
It has no finesse to it at all and the double ring around the outer edge shows all I would think you'd need to see to know it's not right. The two links you provided show the true elegance a Heuer triple calendar should have.
My view is simply one of looking at this from the basics, not a person who has ever seen a true triple date in person or handled significant numbers of redialled watches, but just seems obvious to me.
