and, is it correct ? the 8% vat you will get back on the boarder on the swiss side and at EU (Germany) side you pay 19% VAT ? and some fees.... for their working...
otherwise if you are catched, you leave the watch, get doubble VAT and penelty, when it is genuin you get it back, if not , like the girl from ipanema, ciao bella, she goes by.....
