Hi folks,
after staggering days/weeks of Autavias, Carreras and Monacos in the spotlight, I received a watch yesterday that I was so much looking forward to like seldomly before. It’s kind of weird that my personal interest in the before mentioned models fainted a bit the more popular they became. Obviously they are still absolutely beautiful watches and I really enjoy them every time I see one but it doesn’t feel the same anymore. Am I getting a bit soppy here? Not at all as I took the chance to discover some other great watches, learned a lot about them and enjoyed them.
To make a long story short, I was finally able to acquire an elusive what I think is ref 346 with an absolutely charming Patina of the tri-tone dial. Does that term even exist? It does now anyway. After a bit of a back and forth due to some technical issues it’s now ready to wear. And I will wear the hell out of it over the next days/weeks and hopefully catch some sunshine to let the dial shine and sparkle.
Thanks for having a look.
Enjoy your weekend!
