I purchased a Wakmann NOS chronograph at their last WOK auction (not the March 17th auction)
With the exchange rate and buyer premium it ended up being a very expensive purchase.
In my opinion, you really need to love the watch that they are auctioning to make a purchase and go through the hassle.
After receiving the watch it would wind and run, but once the chronograph was engaged it
would stop after a few minutes. So off to the watchmaker for a $400 repair. I looked at their offerings in the
current auction, but decided it just didn't make sense to go through the same process again unless their
was a watch I couldn't live without. Best regards, Bob
