Hello Jeff, many thanks for this excellent piece. Those were golden days indeed for F1, so many great drivers and such pathos to so many races and championships.
First time I got to see the Sweden-only special edition of the Carrera, it looks nice if one can do without a 12-hr counter (I can’t).
Let’s see how well the gold one fares at the auction: I wish all involved parties all the best for this one, I love it when marketing meets fundraising in such a lovely manner.
