Hi Karel,
you can see a "Transitional Mk2/Mk3" on page 39 in the Haslinger Book.
It has a 2. Ex. case (plain caseback, fluted pushers) and and Mk2 dial (T Swiss and White Chrono Hand). Arno´s watch has an earlier bezel with 17 teeth each segment.
I have a 2446c GMT with exactly this configuration (Serial 144.xxx).
So I think your watch is not completely wrong.
