Thanks to Robert-Jan Broer, of Fratello Watches, for pointing me to this posting on Fratello -- https://www.fratellowatches.com/speedy-tuesday-event-videos/
There are three videos embedded in the posting. The third video has Omega Museum Director Petros Protopapas providing some background on NASA's selection of the Speedmaster for the Gemini missions. This video includes a very nice tribute to Chuck Maddox, toward the end of the presentation. Here is the link to that video -- https://youtu.be/zH1wOFps0kg
For those of you who may not have known Chuck, he published enormous amounts of information about vintage watches, and especially the Omagas. He published the first comprehensive article on the Carrera to appear on the internet, and it was in a conversation with Chuck that the idea for OnTheDash first was developed.
Here is a posting on Fratello, that compiles multiple interviews of Chuck, by Robert-Jan -- Speedy Tuesday -- Interview with Chuck Maddox (Repost))
The video is interesting . . . it's also good as a podcast.
