If you live in the US, I found the movie on Tubi and Amazon. Tubi edition has English subtitles and I'm pretty sure Amazon does as well. But the stopwatch is featured only for brief moments here and there in the first half of the movie so if you think it's too much of a burden then it's fine if you don't watch the film. It's just an entertainment film and I like it because of the main actors there so...
