First of All -- Welcome; Now, About the Bezel!!

First of all, welcome to our little corner of the world. It's a friendly place, and we do love these old Heuers!!

I believe that there are enough Viceroys and Autavia MHs out there, that you should be able to find a correct, original bezel at a "reasonable" price.

Yes, "reasonableness" is a relative concept, but I just don't see these being off the chart, at least compared with the underlying value of the complete watches.

: Thanks for your feedback John. Your comments confirm what I thought
: might be the case. I have been offered an aftermarket insert on
: an original bezel ring from a very reputable source. The bezel
: looks great to my novice eye, but I am cautious. The cost about
: 100 euro less than an original M/H in nice
: condition.
