I did receive the old parts back, so no problem there. The problem was, i was only allowed contact with my local Tag dealer not Tag themselves. It was the Tag dealer that said they had the actual replacement parts...even after i told them i wanted the replacement parts to be Heuer parts...they said it would be sent back with "original parts for the watch don't worry"...well they are original parts just not original original HEUER parts..i guess i should have demanded in writing and tried to speak with Tag Heuer themselves. In any event, the watch looks brand new...looks at least 50% better (was decent to start with)..i will post pics tonight...thanks for the response.
