Supply house has a bone white color
Make sure you cover your dial when you do it.
Clean hands well so it will adhere.
If you are home schooling it. put the hands back side up on a tooth pick ( upside down)
and put the lum on from the back of the hands .
The hands are up side down on a tooth pick let dry well a wala Newness.

I am a bit crazy about getting to correct color. The new lum is not dangerous. But I ahve been know to grind up old alarm clock lum and redo them . The dash Heuers are a hard color to get correct. But can be done.
But you can not do by Law. And for good reasons. Have fun try with cheap watch hands 1st.
