Did I buy a frankenwatch ?

I just received a 3646 Autavia. I thought it was a 1st execution case with 2nd execution dial. But it is in fact a 2nd execution case and dial.

Here are the particulars; it has small pushers (4.0 mm), dauphine hands, small registers and small hour markers with luminous dots. However it also has a thin bezel and second execution case. I did not think dauphine hands were used with 2nd execution cases. I guess I’m asking if you guys think it is legit, has anyone seen this combination before? or, do you think it is put together?
