I must have been just behind you on this one, started to ask the guy a few qu's only to find it gone.

The story about it being an option on the Quattro did not add up, there was an Audi gagage in our village during the 70's/80's that I spent many hours with my nose pressed against the glass & I do not rememember them ever sellin watches ! So I would go with the given out to the team idea.
