The Fisher name really threw me. Couldn't imagine why anyone needed to time fishing ;)
The Fisher-Scientific explanation makes perfect sense.
Since Heuer merged with Leonidas in late '63 / '64, and judging from the condition of my stop-watch, it's probably from the 70's or later if that's possible. It has a chrome push-button to reset the hands instead of the plastic slide-button in Sheila's example.
There's chip-craze damage to the crystal, one large, one very small, which would effect the value. The fob ring has been replaced with a cheap knife-bail, yikes! But for $10 in the mid 1990's, I think I did OK.
