The original bezel is obviously missing, like you already told us.
This bezel is either NOS or a new production run from Tag Heuer made specifically for 11630 vintage Autavias.
As for the effect on the value of your Autavia, IMO an overhauled Autavia with new bezel and hands is a more attractive purchase than an Autavia without a service, with a beaten up bezel and faded/dirty hands. So don't worry.
