Yes, the movement is almost identical to the 7734 - there are three very similar manual Valjoux movements Heuer was using at this time. The exact movement used depends on the dial configuration:

- Valjoux 7733 (two dials)
- Valjoux 7734 (two dials with date at 6 o'clock)
- Valjoux 7736 (three dials)

Make sure to post the "after" photos when the watchmaker is done with it, it's always interesting to see the before and after - and it's often amazing how much difference just a polished crystal can make.
