Postcards from Munich and New York

Well, I'm lucky enough to have been away on holiday twice already this year.

But I'm sure you've all seen hundreds of photos of the iconic buildings of New York already, so how about something a little more abstract:

And some Munich skyline:

You're probably not going to confuse the Munich and Manhattan skylines! Munich has building regulations to avoid building higher than the cathedral in the city centre and to preserve views of the Alps to the south, whereas New York took the view that the only way was up and took it to the extreme! Very different, yet still two of my favourite cities in the world.
