Hi Francis.

That watch is simply missing its internal bezel, which is what carries the minute markings. These often become discoloured and the markings can rub off, or literally be moved, and some people remove the bezel entirely as a result - personally I would prefer even a poor bezel over none at all but some might feel it detracts from the watch.

The chrono second hand and crown (too thick) are also incorrect on that particular watch.
