The watch may well be a franken, but i can vouch for the very honourable Mr Ramahlo Stevens from Portugal (hence not perfect English, although substantially better then my Portugese)

I have bought several items from him, as have several key OTD members. He is an honourable man who perhaps just isn't perhaps quite as much of an anorak as the rest of us when it come to Heuers! ;-)
