My Mistake: 204xxx is Much Earlier than 240xxx

I just looked back at the original VetroPlastica posting and realized that I made a mistake. When I suggested that the watch was from 1971/72, I thought that the serial number was 240xxx. Now that I see it at 204xxx, it does seem to fall within the range of Caliber 11 / 11-I Autavias, perhaps from 1970.

Sorry for this mistake and any resulting confusion.

: In simplest terms, I cannot come up with any explanation for a
: Caliber 11 movement (not Caliber 11-I or Caliber 12) in a
: chronograph from the 1971/72 period. I just don't believe that
: Heuer would have put this movement in this watch (case).
