Glad to help! I just checked on e-bay and the Texas seller offers an aftermarket bezel insert for the 1163MH. See e-bay item # 180417705902. I have personally purchased one of their bezel inserts as a spare for my 11630MH. It is of very nice quality. I was very pleased. However, since my original bezel and insert are still in good shape, I have not installed this new insert yet. A couple other forum participants (Abel and Timothy A.) have had experience in installing the aftermarket bezel inserts so perhaps they can comment on how well they fit. The e-bay seller says they snap in place but I believe Timothy's watchmaker had to glue his in place with shoe glue. So, it would be great if those two could provide their insight.
I have no experience in obtaining replacement hands but other forum participants can probably provide info. I believe Tag Heuer service in Switzerland have what they call "service hands" which they use when servicing vintage watches for customers. I'm not sure how close they come to replicating original hands but again, more informed participants may be able to comment.
