I second the question re future configurations of the Cal 1887, given that the first application seems to directly mimic a 7750.

JC Babin appeared to state in a Timezone post that the registers would be stacked 3-9 rather than the 6-9-12 we ended up with, so I would like to know if we will see this movement with 3-9 or Jeff's "classic tri-compax" (3-6-9) configuration at some future point. And if we are seeing a trend away from the 7750 if the 1887 is used in the same configuration.
