Agree that the serials on the pvd monaco are very, very hard to see. On my one I looked for serials once more info became available and was upset to see nothing. It was only when I used a loupe that the serials became visible. And that was in perfect light - and my eyes are normally pretty good for detail. So unless you check really carefully, you could miss the serials, especially if they are worn down by a spring bar/strap.
