Re: Advice on dial cleaning
In Response To: Advice on dial cleaning ()

Hello Stewart,

Be very carefull with this Silver dial...these are even more difficult to handle as a black dial. You see everything on these Silver dials...

Rodico could indeed be usefull but I strongly doubt this would solve your "problem"...but even here be very soft and gentle...also make sure your Rodico is clean and contains no dirt to avoid making scratches ofcourse.

Good luck and treat us with some before and after pics!!

Cheers,
Abel.

: I have a silver dialed Autavia 11630 with a few minor areas on the
: dial that need tidying up.

: I'm not wanting to remove any patina (there isn't really any
: anyway), bit a few minor marks - possibly where lume as come
: loose from the hands. What is the best way to go about this? Are
: the silver dials more robust, being 'shiney'?
