i guess you mean the pushers(?) - should certainly be fluted.
in some photos even fluted can look smooth though.
movement should be Cal11, case serial between the lugs should start with a 1 and not a 2.
also numbers at the other end should say 1163 and not 1163V
If its all good apart from the pusher caps and the price is good then buy it.
If you're patient you should be able to get the correct pusher caps
- the Sifferts with horizontal lines on the markers don't come up for sale very often :-)
