I'm not 100% sure fella, but if you look in the Ebay pictures you will see it and the finish/effect is the same as Arnos. Looks genuine to me rather than after-market. I'd expect like the case it was an original sun buckle which was then PVD coated at the same time as the batch of 74033/740303 cases. The wear on the buckle is consistent with the wear on the cases...and backs up that the process was far from perfected. On the plus side it means that no modern PVD process seems able to replicate the finish, so its easy to tell which finish is original and which is RePVD.
