These slight differences and surprises are what we love about our heuers though...right?
When i receive a Monaco i'm always admiring different aspects of the dial or the original lume or the case finish itself, sometimes when i have finished looking i might think to myself that the guy who polished the one i had in my hands was a real master...its that connection that can never be replaced by a modern watch.

Yes. Nowadays they would be CNC milled to very tight tolerances,
: perhaps with some hand-finishing to put on the marketing blurb.
