So this is what all the fuss was about.. *PIC*

A slightly tropical MKIII dial, rarely seen seen on this iteration..depending on the light, it is either grey, a shade of purple?, or a very dark brown..but in any event, the patina on the hands and markers is beautiful, not to mention the domed crystal, and most importantly, the reason we wear a watch, the impeccable timekeeping, 3 seconds lost over 72 hrs, and this on a 38 year old watch..pretty good I say!
