Yes, there are several models of Camaro with a Vj 7734 and steel case. Early watches are marked 7843 with either a white or black dial and only seem to run for part of 1970. Later watches are 73443 with a white or black dial both with and without tachy, as per this catalogue:

Dates run from ~1970 to '72. Unless it's a very early Camaro, the model reference should be engraved between the lugs - we're looking for 73443 most probably, but conceivably 7843. Anything else and the movement should fit (may need spacers) but if sold with the Vj 7734, it would be nice to see full disclosure of that.
