I think it's from a Skipper too Manuel, and heavily sun-bleached at that - the blue bezels on some Skippers were a very dark blue. We see a lot of GMTs with UV-faded bezels, so I guess the Skipper bezel could be prone to fading too, though I can't say I've seen one that faded before.
