OK -- here's another approach, since the idea of the OTD summer intern program seems laden with issues.

We get chuck or derek to write a simple program that changes all the "11"s on the website to "12"s, then we manually change back the few that should actually be "11"s . . . will avoid the financial / human issues of launching the summer intern program.
