Hamilton: a poor man's Carrera

Hello,

While stupidingly letting go my beloved Early Carrera 2447S ...

... which I reckon now was a total non sense, I was fortunate enough to locate a nice Hamilton tricompax panda dial meanwhile ...

... powered by its unsexy but functional val 7736...

Case serial number at 6 is 73623 ( plus number 172613 at 12), so supposingly around 1968 (please correct me if I'm wrong)

Well, it's a nice watch indeed, especially for a fraction of the Carrera price...

... but the taste is obviously not the same as for a full branded Heuer.

Any comments are the most welcome of course ;)

Best regards

Fred
