Dial & Hands are OK aren't they?

To be fair, there is a late 1163 model that had the same dial & hands as the 11630's, but I'm not sure this correlates with his claim that he bought it in 1972?

If it is a later 1163, it should have the 'even' numbers bezel with sunken lume dot.
