first they did not replace the caseback with a tag heuer one. it came back as i sent it except the parts that were replaced came back also.

all in all it was not that bad, considering. a little over $550.00usd total cost. which when i told my local watchmaker, he thought it should have been closer to 800usd?? i guess it's all relative.

now to the time frame....very, very long. i'd say well over 4-5 months, but my local watchmaker can take that long, so it didn't phase me much.:) i did have to make a few phone calls to make sure it got where it needed to go, but all in all no real problems.
