I purchased similar Dial/Hands/Movement/Crown about 7 years ago. Took about 3 years to get rest of parts, recommend getting case and bezel together if possible. Bezel was hardest & most expensive part to find. I went with the 1163 V but if other cases/bezel come up for sale first go for it. Also recommend Able to refinish any case and put watch back together, good luck but be warned these "Viceroys" are a gateway drug to more Heuers in the future.
