Re: Poor Man's Heuer?
In Response To: Poor Man's Heuer? ()

John,

Is the case stamped 73473 by the lugs by any chance?

I have seen quite a few of those and I have always wondered if those cases are stamped 73473.
It would not surprise me to find out Heuer actually made cronographs for Breitling back in the '70s,
knowing the problems that company had.

I have had quite a few of those, all stamped 73473, Heuer, Bulova and more than anything, Zodiac signed.

Dials and hands are nice, as nice as any other Heuer, but the cases are a bit on the ugly side of things.

Regards

Darwin
