People Don't Much Care About Watches, but . . .
In Response To: A lot is wrong but.... ()

People don't much care about watches, but I can tell you that hundreds of newspapers, magazines and blogs have written about Obama's watches -- Jorg Gray, TAG Heuer, etc. He is probably the most photographed person in the world; he often rolls up his sleeves; he wears a big watch . . . you wouldn't believe the number of Google searches to the effect, "What watch does Obama wear?" Yes, this remains the most frequently visited page of OnTheDash -- http://www.onthedash.com/docs/obama.html

People probably don't care about the details, but they are curious about Obama and his watches. I would guess that the people handling his campaign might not like the suggestion that he is wearing a $15,000 watch.

: In general, people don't much care about watches. The only part of
: the article, erroneous though it may be, which will stand out to
: the general non watch nerd public is the $$$$.
