Here's my 1163 with 11630 dial and hands...

This is a very interesting and timely thread as I bought one of these a couple of weeks ago. I initially thought it was an Orange Boy, the seller's photos were so bad but on arrival wondered if it was an 1163 with 11630P dial and hands. The serial number is correct for an 1163 Orange Boy though. What's interesting though is that it has an underlined 9 underneath the 1163. Does anyone know what it refers to? Does anyone else have this on their watch?

The GF is not original to the watch, I already owned it.

I have some Orange Boy hands ready to fit but am unsure what to do now. Should I leave it as it is or fit the Orange Boy hands and try to find a decompression bezel? I can't see why anyone would retrofit an 11630P dial to an 1163 with serial number 242XXX so I assume it's the correct dial. Hands are probably original but the chap I bought it from had it serviced at Tag Heuer 18 months ago, could the hands be service replacements?

Lots of questions, all advice would be gratefully received. And if anyone has a spare decompression bezel, please let me know!
