Abel, will be paying custom on the full insured amount, and the sender will have to reimburse him, meaning spending more money, and when Abel ships them back the receiver will be paying more customs even though it was sent for repair and they were already his i believe this is how the system is they don't care if you're sending in for repair or not they want their cut to.

A work around is to use FedEx claim a low value and insure using Parcel Pro.
