I've not seen the guide before, very useful.

As it happens, I've been in contact with the seller this morning, but in between communications, they've advised that someone's OHPF'd it.

His price was, I think, very toppy at over £2400, but if someone's prepared to pay it, then it's hard to argue that it was too much!
