Would be difficult to hazard a guess as to "who made who" but if I could, then I would say Heuer were the likely candidates to put the case, bracelet and dial together, and of course Lemania made the movements.

The Lemania would be regarded as the poor man's Heuer, but given that it was it was more expensive than the Heuer Audi, then this is a real contradiction of terms! I had to have teh lemania though to match the Heuer (the words spoken of a real hard core addict)

Note that on the side view, the Heuer crown looks bigger. In the picture, the crwon was pulled out, but the Lemania was pushed in.
