Bruce, you're a genius! So simple that I didn't think to look at Tag's website. Given the fact that they don't mention the model number, this leads me to think that Matt Damon is wearing his own watch and I think it is the previous version of the Link chronograph.
I remember reading in Premiere magazine a few years ago that both Matt Damon and Ben Affleck were fans of Tag Heuer watches, so I think he wears his own personal watch in the "Bourne" movies.
