Hi,

Very interesting topic.

On one hand these watches seem to be of lower standards than your common Heuer (at least aesthetically). To be frank, to my eyes they look so err... ugly that my initial reaction is "this can't be a Heuer". And the non signed crown reinforces this feeling.

On the other hand I have seen very similar (identical) watches in a couple Heuer catalogues. So unless the catalogues were... fake, they are true Heuers.

Maybe they were (designed and) manufactured by Monin, a subcontractor of Heuer who was responsible for some other models bearing the Heuer logo.
