Parts All Wrong

Thanks for the question. Regardless of what is properly called a "Siffert" (discussed below), in terms of what is properly called a "Heuer", this one seems questionable:

  • wrong hands
  • wrong bezel (should be Tachy bezel for white / silver dialed models)
  • wrong needles, on recorders
  • wrong crown
  • wrong crsytal
Dial also has strange color / patina (dirty?).

My guess is that this one has been put together from parts -- some Heuer / some other brands. The current bid price probably reflects typical pricing for parts watch / franken Heuer.
