Re: New Series: A Noteworthy Watch, Featuring an Amazing Sol

Hi,

we had this http://chronocentric.com/forums/heuer/index.cgi?md=read;id=27943

some time before about the history of the solunar.

Jack Heuer is writing about his first involvement in family watchmaking bussiness at the age of 15 in his book page 26/7 .

Movement: There are two different movement to find. I have collected this information somewhere:

Valjoux Caliber 90.1 High Grade, 17 Jewel, Swiss Made, Manual Wind Movement Signed 18.000 Halbschwingungen

this is different to OTD http://www.onthedash.com/Guide/_Chronographs/49.Solunar/Early_Model/Solunar_First/?show=28SolunarFirst.jpg

perhaps someone can bring some light in val 90.1 or AS 1188 ???

early model and later one? What is about corresponding serial numbers ? mine is 9175??

Is it possible to get some information about this from TAG Heuer or Jack Heuer?
