generally speaking I think this is a good approach to sourcing hard to find parts if the donor watch has the wrong parts - even better if you have the right parts to put back on the donor - in these two cases a set of polished steel cal 11/12 hands with black inserts

But I think when you put this trade together you want to be certain that the sum of the parts makes sense

I think in this recent example it really does not only because I don't think the latter cal 11 execution fetches much of a premium to standard viceroys the way the early cal 11 with ridged markers does

Amir, either bought or pointed out a listing last week (below) that I think was a better trade.
