Attention: 1960s Autavia Experts -- Sequence of Tachy Dial?

Here are two photos, showing two Reference 3646 Autavias, the one with the Tachy scale on the dial (on the white background) and the standard second execution model (on the blue background).

So I post this image to raise a very simple question -- Which do we think came first, the Tachy dial or the standard dial? Of course, there is another possibility -- that the Tachy dial was either a special order, a prototype, a sample, or some other version that never went into production. Still, we can ask whether this Tachy dial came before or after the standard version.

Thanks for your insights!!

Jeff
