Here is another reason why I would tend to be a bit weary about this. I was looking at the bid history so far for this watch and it seems as though one of the bidders who is pushing the price up (6 bids) has only bid on items posted by the seller in the last 6 months. Doesn't mean the watch isn't authentic, but it does mean that the quick rise in price is probably not organic.
