Not probably, the Valjoux 230 is a Valjoux 23 without the backset security! There was nothing build in, only build out!
Of course the bezel is new, but its no problem to find a used one, if you will!
I dont think, that the dial/numbers are relumed, because in the federal life, they become simply an other dial and not a relume and to relume this one in homework, it will not look so good!
