Case is unlike any shown in the Heuer catalogs of the 1930s, but it seems to match well with one that was used by Leonidas in the late 1930s (Reference 1505). Of course, Heuer and Leonidas had no affiliation in this era.
I will be very interested to see what others think of this watch. Jarl -- as our 1930s expert, perhaps you have an opinion? Authentic and very rare Heuer, or marriage of Heuer dial and Leonidas case, or Leonidas dial with the "Heuer" added later?
